Stargazing... (open)

It was just a minute passed midnight. Dimitri snick put of his dorm with a blanket and a pillow to go onto the terrace. Lately he was having trouble sleeping and stargazing always helped him. He laid his sleeping blanket and sat atop it. He looked up at the clear night sky and smiled. "Its even more beautiful here than in swindon.." he whispered to himself quietly as he enjoyed the view of the billion stars.

Amir had heard Dimitri leave and wondered if he was okay. HE followed the sounds of Dimitris foot steps and shivered slightly. "You okay Dimitri?" He wondered if the smaller boy was okay,

He looked at Amir and was slightly shocked to see him. "Yeah i'm alright. Did I wake you when I left? i'm sorry..." he said and stood up. He walked over and stood by Amir, he wanted to be sure if he fell he could help him.

He shppk his head, "Im a light sleeper and my hearing is very good. You didnt wake me at all Dimitri." HE smiled and looked up to the sky where he say darkness rather than stars and the moon.

Dimitri's smile became wider and he felt releaved. "Thats good" he said happily "I would have felt guilty for waking you at such a late hour" He gave a small chuckle and looked up at Amir "Would you like to come sit with me? I was just admiring the starts but your company would make me a lot happier"

"Sure, I cant really enjoy it with you, but I can stay with you." HE smiled to the younger boy and looked up. He remembered when he would ask Damyan to tell him what things looked like and explain them.

"I wish you could see this Amir...the sky, the stars and moon.... its all so beautiful" He said with a small heartfelt sigh than looked over to the other boy.

"I wish I could too, I have never seen anything in my life besides dark." He sat down and wondered what Dimitri looked like, or what anyone looked like.

"I could never imagine not seeing anything but it some ways no sight is a good thing...there are a lot of horrible things that nobody should have to look at." Dimitri scooted closer to Amir, so close there sides were almost touching, but not quite.

"I thinik I would rather see those things rather than have to hear about them and leave it to my mind to give me a picture of what was happening."

"Well who knows? Maybe some day you will be able to see" Dimitri said softly and laid back down looking back up at the night sky.

He shrugged and looked back up. "I dont know if I will ever see. I would love to see, even just once for a slight moment. I would love to see what the world around me is like."

"Well if you ever do see i'm sure you wont be dissipointed. Some things are really beautiful to look at" He said as he admired the night sky in which he loved to no end.

His eyes began to hurt and he covered his eyes and he felt different. he didnt know what to do but he gasped as he removed his hand. He didnt know what he was seeing.

Dimitri glanced over at Amir curiously. "Amir are you alright?" he asked slightly worried.

He rubbed his eyes and looked at the boy. ""Um yeah, I think so. Um Dimitri, I can see." He was very confused and wondering if he could actually see, and he could.

Dimitri sat up quickly. "What? really? How many fingers am I holding up?!" he asked and held up his foot.

He poked Dimitris foot, "I dont know what that is but Im pretty sure those arent fingers..." He was a bit clueless as to what anything was since he had never seen anything.

"Well it dosent matter what that is, you can see!!!" Dimitri exclaimed in exsitment. He was very happy that Amir could see.

He smiled and looked at Dimitri. "I will have to ask Damyan to teach me things so I know what stuff is but yes I can see." His eyes were still mismatched even though he could see.

"Pfft, you don't need Damyan to teach you things, I can do that" Dimitri offered with a smile.

"I will always need Damyan to help me no matter what. He is the reason Im still here anyway. Please dont worry about having to teach me things, its not an easy task anyway."

Dimitri didnt understand but he felt some slight jelousy at how Amir needed Damyan. He looked to the other boy for a moment than back up to the sky. "Well thats alright...I just wanted to help a bit.."

"Thank you for the offer though, i appreciate it." Amir looked around and looked at Dimitri. "Is there a word to describe you? I know there is one that I want to use..."

Dimitri looked back to Amir curiously "What do you mean?" he asked tilting his head to the side slightly.
